As a Coordinator, Facilitator, and Circle Keeper, she's been bringing people together and transforming lives one conversation at a time. But that's not all----she's also a Parent Educator and Family Partner, making sure families stay strong and connected. Whether she's leading circles or guiding parents, Clarissa's energy is contagious, and her approach is both down-to-earth and empowering. Oh, and did we mention she's the proud mom of W. Marquis? She's all about balancing justice, family, and fun!
Ramona Jones
Restorative Justice Practitioner
Meet Ramona Jones, a powerhouse in both her professional and personal life! As a RJ Practitioner, she's all about healing and building bridges in her community. When she's not leading the charge at Generations Inc. as a Team Leader or assisting in the classroom at the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute, Ramona pours her heart into caring for others as a dedicated Hospice caregiver. And, of course, her greatest pride? Being the mom of the amazing Anthony! With her unstoppable energy and passion for making a difference, Ramona is all about lifting others up with a smile and a can-do attitude!
Mahogany Payne

Mahogany Payne is a powerhouse of creativity and compassion, blending her skills as a RJ Practitioner with the vibrant energy of an organizer, song and poem writer, and decorator. When she's not mentoring others with her wisdom, she's probably crafting lyrics or transforming spaces with her artistic flair. As a mentor, she's the go-to for guidance and support, all while juggling life as the proud mom of Rashod and Lloyd. Mahogany's passion and playful spirit makes every interaction a burst of positivity and purpose!
Kilra Hylton

Kira Hylton is a powerhouse on wheels and in the community. As a RJ Practitioner and a CDL driver, she knows how to navigate the toughest roads with ease, but her talents don't stop there. Kira is a dedicated Circle Keeper, bringing people together for meaningful, restorative conversations that build stronger communities.
She's also passionate Community Organizer, always finding ways to uplift those around her. When she's not driving big rigs or leading change, Kira's a Certified CNA, caring for others with the same energy she brings to everything she does. Most importantly, she's the proud mom of Raheem, her biggest motivation and biggest fan. Kira is a true force to be reckoned with---on the road, in her work, and in life!

Charmise Galloway is a powerhouse when it comes to community care and advocacy. As an RJ Practitioner and Circle Keeper/Facilitator, she's all about bringing people together, creating safe spaces, and fostering healing. But that's just the start! In her role as Public Health Advocate II, Charmise is dedicated to harm reduction and ensuring people get the support they need, especially those dealing with homelessness. With a heart as big as her laugh, she's not just a Case Manager, she's a champion for the underserved. And when she's not out making a difference, she's the proud mom of Da-Keem, who keeps her on her toes and brings the fun home!

But that's not all---she's also a songwriter and singer, using her voice not just for harmony but to amplify the voices of others. Whether she's writing tunes or teaming up as a Community Partner. Janet brings energy, creativity, and warmth to everything she does. And let's not forget, she's the proud mom of Joel, her biggest inspiration and fan. With a Doctorate Degree in hand, Shondell blends expertise and passion as a Community Trauma Healing Specialist, Certified Peer Specialist, and Senior Medication and Fulfillment Specialist. She's not just an advocate and facilitator---she's a beacon of hope and transformation. Balancing her professional prowess with the joys of motherhood, Shondell is also a dedicated mom to Johnny. Energized, driven, and deeply committed, she's making waves and creating positive change wherever she goes!
