Our mission is to uplift families by providing unwavering support, education, and resources to navigate the challenges of grief and loss. We help individuals, including youth and those who are incarcerated, find pathways to healing, take ownership of their actions, and grow into positive community members. By transforming pain into purpose, we aim to build meaningful connections and amplify the voices of those impacted by violence, fostering lasting change in the communities we serve.
History
Legacy Lives On is a nonprofit organization and ministry dedicated to supporting families who have lost loved ones to homicide or street violence. We are a community standing together, devoted to fostering healing, hope, and positive transformation. Our Restorative Justice Program includes supporting young people and those who are incarcerated, by helping them rebuild their lives with purpose and accountability. Through these efforts, we create spaces for growth, understanding, and solidarity. Our Loved One’s Legacy Will Live On - they may be gone, but they are never forgotten.
